How does shipping work?

Orders are primarily delivered via the courier company COURIER CENTER. In special cases, deliveries are made directly by our company. In all instances, customers are duly informed.

How long will it take for my gift to ship?

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Deliveries to island destinations, remote, or hard-to-reach areas may take 2-5 days. Deliveries are made on weekdays only. Same-day delivery, Saturday deliveries, or deliveries at a specific time incur an additional charge and are arranged upon request.

If, for any reason, there is an additional delay, we will inform you accordingly.

Can you ship in an address different from the buyer’s one?

Of course! In fact, this is often the goal. Our mission is to make our customers' lives easier. Simply enter the recipient's address in the shipping details, and the gift will be delivered directly to them. In this case, the payment receipt will be sent to your postal or email address.

 
The order is intended as a gift. Can I request delivery on a specific date?

Absolutely! Simply let us know your desired delivery date in the 'Additional Information' field, and we will ensure that your gift is delivered on that specific day.

 
If I order more than one box, is it possible to have them delivered to different addresses?

Of course! Since your gifts are intended for different recipients, each one will be delivered to its designated address. Separate orders must be placed to ensure they are properly registered in the tracking system.

Do you handle international shipments?

At the moment, we do not handle international deliveries. However, we are confident that we will be ready soon. There will be a related announcement.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free. Exceptions are remote and hard-to-reach areas, where a small surcharge applies.

How long is the turnaround time for custom orders?

Ideally, the required timeframe for custom gifts is 20-30 days from the finalization of the order. However, depending on the order size, this timeframe may vary. The majority of our products come from small Greek businesses, which means we need to place orders in advance for the selected items. Additionally, custom printing (logos, special packaging, etc.), if requested, requires extra processing time.

RETURNS

Can I return the gift?

Due to the unique nature of our final products (gift boxes), returns are not possible. However, in the rare case that the box or any of its contents arrives damaged, don’t worry! Simply contact us, and we will replace it immediately. If the specific product is unavailable, we will make every effort to offer you a suitable replacement that ensures your complete satisfaction.
