8. Sales Terms

Our online store operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except on days when scheduled website maintenance is performed or technical issues are being resolved.

By placing an order through our online store, you agree that you are purchasing a product under these terms and conditions and commit that all the information you provide is truthful and accurate.

All products are offered for personal use only and not for resale.

Due to the sensitive nature of certain products included in our boxes (e.g., perishable foods), we avoid shipping such items (e.g., chocolates) during the summer period. Additionally, precisely because of the nature of these products, we bear no responsibility for any deterioration if the products are not received by the customer on the delivery day due to their own fault.

When placing your first order, you have the option to voluntarily register as a Member by filling in all the personal details requested in the corresponding registration form. If the user does not wish to register as a member, the order can be submitted as a guest.

The purchase process begins by adding the product or products you are interested in to the "cart," and is completed by clicking the “Complete Order” button.

Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive an automated order confirmation message sent to the email address you provided, to the receipt of which you expressly consent.

Next follows the stage of processing and fulfillment of your order. In the rare case that one or more products are found to be unavailable from our producers/suppliers, or if any issue arises during the fulfillment of your order, our company will contact you either by message to the email address you provided, to the receipt of which you consent, or via direct phone contact, in order to agree on a possible replacement of the specific product(s) or even cancellation of your order.

As soon as your order shipment is scheduled, you will be notified via email at the address you provided, the receipt of which you also consent to.

Communication via email and/or phone constitutes the exclusive and legal method of written notification to you regarding any stage of your order.

All listed prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, when charged additionally, will be calculated separately in your "Cart."

In case you require an official invoice, please fill in the necessary details in the additional information section and contact us via email.

9. Shipping and Delivery Terms

Products are shipped throughout Greece via the postal company Geniki Taxydromiki. In some cases, shipping and delivery are carried out by our own personnel and vehicles. In every case, you will receive the appropriate notification and updates.

Shipping costs are free of charge.

The company cannot guarantee the exact delivery time of each order, as this depends on the respective shipping company we collaborate with at the time.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Deliveries to island destinations, remote, or hard-to-reach areas may take 2-5 days. Deliveries are made on weekdays only. Same-day delivery, Saturday deliveries, or deliveries at a specific time incur an additional charge and are arranged upon request.

At the moment, we do not undertake shipments abroad.

If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, please notify us via email at hello@mariefleurs.gr, to which you consent upon receipt, so that we can promptly proceed with the shipment of your order.

If the courier of the postal company cannot locate the recipient of the order or gift (in cases where the recipient is different from the buyer) at the address provided by the buyer, they are required to leave a notice with delivery instructions, and the package will be returned to the nearest branch of the postal company. The order will remain at the postal company’s facilities at your own risk and expense, and under the general storage terms of the specific postal company.

Our company is not responsible for any delays caused by force majeure or unforeseen events.

In cases where delivery is made by our company, delivery is always carried out by prior arrangement.

These updates cannot be disabled, as their delivery is a prerequisite for the proper processing of your order. We kindly ask you to ensure that these emails can reach you and that you retain them throughout the duration of our transaction.
